Ambiance at Burtons Grill & Bar
Burtons Grill & Bar renovated their interior, transforming the previously tired look into a beautifully updated space. The new design resembles a classic steakhouse, complete with a big, shiny wood bar that adds a touch of elegance. The restaurant now offers a more inviting atmosphere, perfect for any dining occasion. Whether you’re looking for private dining or prefer to order takeout, Burtons Grill & Bar has you covered.
Exceptional Service at Burtons Grill & Bar
Burtons Grill & Bar boasts an attentive and caring staff that truly goes above and beyond for their guests. I once felt ill (unrelated to the food, as I hadn’t eaten yet) in the ladies’ bathroom. A staff member quickly came to help, brought me ginger ale, and kindly escorted me back to my table. Their thoughtfulness left a lasting impression. Additionally, the staff is excellent at describing each of their extensive menu items, ensuring you make the perfect choice for your meal.
Food Selection
Burtons Grill & Bar’s menu boasts a tempting array of dishes, including juicy burgers, bountiful salads, tender steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, and more. Every dish is made from scratch using wholesome, premium ingredients, ensuring a top-quality dining experience. With a focus on accommodating all guests, Burtons Grill & Bar also offers gluten-free and allergy-friendly options, making it a welcoming choice for everyone.
Appetizers
Burtons Grill & Bar offers such a wide variety of appetizers that it’s hard to cover them all. While I haven’t tried every option yet, I’m working on it. So far, I’ve enjoyed the calamari, firecracker shrimp, wings, and spinach and artichoke dip—each one fresh, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. Burtons also offers soups, salads, and hearty bowls. Among these, we’ve tried the Southwest Chicken Bowl, which was outstanding. The beautifully barbecued chicken paired perfectly with its accompaniments. It’s a great example of the diverse and flavorful offerings at Burtons Grill & Bar.
Main Courses
Burtons’ main course menu is thoughtfully divided into several sections: Burgers & Sandwiches, Burtons Classics (which include three chicken dishes and a Pasta Bolognese), Fresh Seafood, and, of course, Steaks.
John and I have sampled the Ribeye, Filet Mignon, NY Strip, and the Salmon. Each steak has been so exceptional that it’s hard to say ‘no’ to them, even though we keep promising ourselves we’ll explore more of the menu. All steaks are made to order, from rare to well done, and Burtons offers a variety of ‘add-ons.’ I’ve enjoyed the sautéed mushrooms on my Filet Mignon, while John tried the Cabernet butter sauce. Both additions were delicious and enhanced our dining experience beautifully.
Desserts
Burtons Grill & Bar offers a delightful selection of standard desserts, including Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, and a decadent Seven Layer Chocolate Cake. They often feature rotating specials as well, all of which are equally delicious. Because I’m often too full after the meal, I usually take dessert home for later.
Final Thoughts on Burtons Grill & Bar
Whether you’re looking to indulge in a leisurely weekend brunch, take advantage of Wine Wednesday, unwind during Happy Hour, or dine outdoors in the pleasant seasonal weather, Burtons Grill & Bar has something for everyone. The welcoming atmosphere and versatile menu make it a favorite for any occasion. For John and me, it’s our go-to destination when we crave a delicious steak dinner in a cozy, relaxed setting that’s not too far from home.
