Swiss Cheese and Bacon Appie

This recipe was gifted to me by my “Framily”—the family you choose to love. I received it over 30 years ago, and while I can’t pinpoint exactly when or how I may have adapted it from the original, it remains a tried-and-true favorite. I’ve served it countless times to all kinds of people with varying tastes, and it’s always a crowd pleaser. The ingredient measurements are flexible and forgiving, but there’s one golden rule: Do not overdo the mayonnaise!
